About The HSP APP

Understanding and Embracing High Sensitivity

Lauren Richards Creator of HSP App

An App for HSPs

Welcome to the High Sensitive People App, a dedicated space crafted for the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). In a world that often misunderstands sensitivity, we see it as a profound gift. Here, we delve into what it means to be an HSP and how our app is uniquely designed to support, celebrate, and empower this remarkable community.

About Lauren

Lauren Richards is an app developer, who graduated from University of New Hampshire (UNH) with a degree in Psychology. After having three children, and discovering her eldest daughter has HSP, Lauren decided to learn everything she could about Highly Sensitive People. After years of research, she discovered she has been HSP her whole life! Knowing how much this understanding is helping her daughter, and could have helped her, she developed the HSP app with the help of her husband Paul Richards.
